The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Gilroy City Council was
called to order by His Honor Mayor Norman B. Goodrich at 3:03 p.m.
Present: Council Members: William E. Childers, Marion T. Link,
David V. Stout, and Norman B. Goodrich.
Absent: Council Members: Dennis L. DeBell, George T. Duffin,
and John E. Pate.
The Mayor adjourned to an Executive Session of the Council in
regard to progress of the "~1eet and Confer" process.
Councilman Pate entered during the Executive Session and took
his seat at the Council table.
At 4:25 p.m., the Mayor reconvened the Meeting. Motion was
made by Councilman Link seconded by Councilman Stout and carried that
this meeting adjourn to an adjourned regular meeting and Council
Executive Session on Monday, July 14, 1975, at 2:00 p.m.
