The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Gilroy City Council was called
to order by His Honor Mayor Norman B. Goodrich at 4:11 p.m.
Roll Call Present: Council Members: l~illiam E. Childers, Dennis L. DeBell,
George T. Duffin, Marion T. Link, John E. Pate, David V. Stout and Norman
B. Goodrich.
Meet & The Mayor announced that agreements with the Gilroy Emoloyees'
Confer Association and the Police Association had been reached and written aqree-
ments prepared and will be ratified by both Groups to be acted upon by the
Council at their regular meeting of July 6, 1976. He further noted that
the Council will continue to meet and confer with the other Groups for
final negotiation.
Adjournment At 4:13 p.m. motion was made by Councilman Stout seconded by
Councilman DeBell and carried that the meeting adjourn to an Executive
Session.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. the Mayor reconvened and adjourned the
regular adjourned meeting to an Executive Session on Tuesday, July 6, 1976
at 2:00 p.m.
