The Special Meeting of the Gilroy City Council was called to
order by His Honor Mayor Norman B. Goodrich at 2:05 p.m.
Present: Council Members: Sharon Albert, Brian D. Cunningham,
Roberta H. Hughan, Marion T. Link, Robert E. Taylor and Norman B.
Goodrich. Absent: Council Member: John E. Pate.
Pkg. Dist. #2 The Mayor stated that the purpose of this meeting is to dis-
Bond Sale cuss and possibly award the sale of bonds regarding Parking District
No.2.
City Administrator Wood reported on the one bid received from
Wulff, Hansen, and Company, San Francisco, for sale of bonds in the
amount of $64,061.18 to include a 9.5% discount, Net Sale $57,976.27,
9.5523% interest rate.
Res. #80-56
Motion was made by Councilwoman Hughan seconded by Councilman
Cunningham that the reading of Resolution No. 80-56 be waived and
that it be adopted awarding the sale of bonds for Parking District
No.2, as recommended.
