The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Gilroy City Council was called
to order by His Honor Mayor Norman B. Goodrich at 7:30 p.m.

Marion T. Link, Robert E. Taylor, Pete Valdez, Jr. and Norman B. Good-
rich. Absent: Council Member: Roberta H. Hughan.
The Mayor stated that it was the time and place scheduled to
adjourn to an Executive Session re: pending legal suit regarding the
Ronan/Liman Avenue Assessment District and adjourned same at 7:31 p.m.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. It was noted
that Council Member HU9han was present.
Motion was made by Councilman Link seconded by Councilman Gage
and carried that the legal suit re: Ronan Avenue/Liman Avenue Assess-
ment District be referred to the City's Bond Attorneys Wilson, Morton,
Assaf and McEll i gott as to 1 iti gati on or settl ement.
At 8:01 p.m., the meeting was adjourned.
