re: Pers.Hearing- At 7:00 p.m., all Council Members present. Personnel Director
E. Salinas Booth introduced Mr. Philip Miller, attorney, representing Elia Salinas.
The Special Meeting of the Gilroy City Council was called to order
by Her Honor Roberta H. Hughan, Mayor, at 7: 13 p. m.
Ro 11 Call
Present: Council Members: Sharon A. Albert, Donald F. Gage, Paul
V. Kloecker, Larry Mussallem, John E. Pate, Pete Valdez, Jr. and Roberta
H. Hughan.
The Mayor noted that this would be a closed hearing as requested
by Elia Salinas.
At 7:34 p.m., the Mayor noted that Council would adjourn to a Closed
Session for their deliverations and a decision on this matter would be
announced and acted upon by Council at the March 19, 1984, regular Council
Meeting.
