The Special Meeting of the Gilroy City Council was called to
order by His Honor Mayor Protempbre Pete Valdez, Jr. at 5:03 p.m.
Present: Council Members: Donald F. Gage, Paul V. Kloecker,
John E. Pate and Pete Valdez, Jr.; Absent: ,Council Members: Sharon
A. Albert, Larry Mussallem and Roberta H. Huo,han.
City Administrator Baksa presented a resolution authorizinq
filing application for Federal ann State Grants for Dublicly owned
wastewater treatment works and providing certain assurances.
Motion was made by Councilman Gage seconded by Councilman Kloecker
that the reading of Resolution No. 84-23 be waived and that it be adopted.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: GAGE, KLOECKER, PATE and VALDEZ
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCI L MEMBERS: ALBERT, MUSSALLEM and HUGHAN

man Kloecker and carried that the meeting adjourn.
