Mayor Hughan called the Special Meeting. of the Gilroy City
Council to order at 5:33 p.m.
Present: Councilmembers: Donald F. Gage, Paul V. Kloecker,
Pete Valdez, Jr. and Roberta H. Hughan. Absent: Councilmembers:
Sharon A. Albert, Larry Mussallem and Daniel D. Palmerlee.
The Mayor stated that the purpose of the Special Meeting
was called to consider approval of the following development
agreements, subject to final approval by the City Attorney:
Lincoln Properties~ Engle Way; Raisch Products, South Chestnut
Street; and Ed MattosJ First and Church Streets.
Motion was made by Councilman Gage seconded by Councilman
Kloecker and carried that the following development agreements be
approved subject to final approval by the City Attorney: Lincoln
Properties, Engle Way; Raisch Products, South Chestnut Streeet;
and Ed Mattos, first and Church Streets, as recommmended.
At 5:34 p.m., the Mayor adjourned the meeting.
