Mayor Hughan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Present: Councilmembers: Sharon A. Albert, Donald F.
Gage, Paul V. Kloecker, Larry Mussallem, Daniel D. Palmerlee,
Pete Valdez, Jr. and Roberta H. Hughan. (7:04 p.m.)
The Mayor stated that it was the time and place scheduled
to consider bids received for the Gilroy/Morgan Hill Wastewater
Treatment Plant Roadway Improvement Project, 1986-3.
City Administrator Baksa presented a recommendation that
the bid be awarded Roth Construction in the amount of
$34,960.00.
Motion was made by Councilman Gage seconded by Councilman
Mussallem and carried that the bid of Roth Construction in the
amount of $34,960.00 be awarded for the Gilroy/Morgan Hill
Wastewater Treatment Plant Roadway Improvement Project, 1986-3
as recommended.
