The notice of this meeting was posted on May 22, 1987 at

Present: Councilmembers: Sharon A. Albert, Donald F. Gage,
Paul V. Kloecker, Larry Mussallem, Pete Valdez, Jr. and Roberta H.
Hughan. Absent: Councilmember: Daniel D. Palmerlee. (5:06
p.m.).
The Mayor stated that i~was the time and place scheduled to
discuss and consider approval of a Development Agreement with Robert
Kishimura (Scientific Garnes).
Motion was made by Councilman Gag~ seconded by Councilman
Kloecker and carried that the Development Agreement,with Robert
Kishimura (Scientific Games) be approved as recommended.
At 5:08 p.m., the Mayor adjourned the meeting.
