Notice of Meeting Posted July 22, 1987 - 5:00 p.m.
Present: Councilmembers: Sharon A. Albert, Donald F. Gage,
Paul V. Kloecker, Larry Mussallem, Pete Valdez, Jr. and Roberta
H. Hughan. (7:02 p.m.). Absent: Councilmember: Daniel D.
Palmer lee.
Noted recommendation to accept improvements for Overland
Development, Tract #7638, #7834 and #7851.
Councilman Mussallem noted that he would not take part in
the discussion nor vote on the matter due to a conflict of
interest.
Motion was made by Councilman Kloecker seconded by Council-
man Gage and carried that Improvements for Overland Development,
Tract 117638, 117834 and #7851 be accepted as recommended. Coun-
cilman Mussallem did not vote on the motion.
Noted recommendation to approve the following Development
Agreements: Old Orchard Estates, Tract #7988; Rancho Hills, Tract
#8024; and Deer Park, Unit 3, Tract #8025.
Councilman Palmerlee entered at 7:04 p.m. and took his seat
at the Council table.
Councilman Mussallem noted that he would not take part in
the discussion nor vote on the matter due to a conflict of
interest.
Motion was made by Councilman Kloecker seconded by
Councilman Gage and can,ied that>the following Development
Agreements be approved as recommended: Old Orchard Estates, Tract
117988.; Rancho Hill, Tract #8024; and Deer Park, Unit 3, Tract
#8025. Councilman Mussallem did not vote on the motion.
At 7:05 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting.
