The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:30
p.m.
City Administrator Baksa reported that the Agenda had been
posted on May 23, 1990 at 8:58 a.m.
Present: Councilmembers: Donald F. Gage, Leonard A. Hale,
Paul V. Kloecker, Larry Mussallem, Sara C. Nelson, Pete Valdez,
Jr. and Roberta H. Hughan.
City Administrator Baksa presented a Report and recommenda-
tion of bids received for the Golf Course Club House Kitchen
Improvements recommending that the bid be awarded Ledyard Company,
Santa Cruz, in the amount of $79,578.81.
Motion was made by Councilman Kloecker, seconded by
Councilman Valdez and carried that the bid of Ledyard Company in
the amount of $79,578.81 be awarded for the Golf Course Club House
Kitchen Improvements as recommended.
At 7:34 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the Special Meeting to a
Study Session for the purpose of Residential Development Ordinance
Review.
