The Mayor called the adjourned special meeting to order at
the Gilroy Senior Center at 7:02 p.m.
Present: Councilmembers: Donald F. Gage, Leonard A. Hale,
Sara C. Nelson, Pete Valdez, Jr. and Roberta H. Hughan; Absent:
Councilmembers: Paul V. Kloecker and Larry Mussallem.
City Administrator Baksa presented a report and
recommendation on bids received for the Citizen's
Newsletter/Annual Report Publication recommending award of the
bid of McIntosh Printing and Vector Marketing Communications in
the amount of $6,080.00.

Motion was made by Councilman Valdez seconded by Councilman
Hale and carried that the bid of McIntosh Printing and Vector
Marketing Communications in the amount of $6,080.00 be awarded
for the Citizen's Newsletter/Annual Report as recommended.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 7:02 p.m. and continued
with the Joint Council/Planning Commission study Session re: ROO
Revisions.
