Employees' Lounge at 5:02 p.m.

Present: Councilmembers: Donald F. Gage, Leonard A. Hale,
Paul V. Kloecker, Larry Mussallem, and Roberta H. Hughan; Absent:
Councilmembers: Sara C. Nelson and Pete Valdez, Jr.
City Administrator Baksa noted the purpose of the Special
Meeting was scheduled for Council to consider a loan
subordination for Wheeler Housing Corporation further explaining
same.
At 5:05 p.m. Councilman Valdez entered and took his seat at
the Council table.
At 5:09 p.m. Councilwoman Nelson entered and took her seat
at the Council table.
Motion was made by Councilman Mussallem seconded by
Councilman Gage and carried that the City of Gilroy approve the
loan subordination for Wheeler Housing Corporation as
recommended. Councilwoman Nelson voted "no" on the motion.
At 5:11 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting.
