and Donald F. Gage, 6745 p.m.
The City Attorney noted that the Urgency Ordinance re:
Adult Businesses would expire 45 days after its adoption and ~pat
State Law r..:qui-:-es issuance of a Report within 10 c;lays prior ~F'
any extension of the moratorium stating measures,~aken by Staff
during saiu moratorium.
Discussion was had regarding the Report concerning
~rdinance No. 92-20. Councilman Gilroy requested that the repprt
be revised because o.f the hi.9'h prJ.ority of. the issue and, that
within U.it;.xepGrt it should be noted that Staff is acting
expedientl~ on the matter.
The City Attorney revised the report to include Staff
acting expediently on the matter..'

Councilwoman Rowlison inquired of the donut shop sign which
may miSlead tOG public utthe video outlet business on Leavesley
Road.
The owner or the video ou~let ~~~'precent oid the j~dienc~<
and noted that it would be taken care of.
At 6:55 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting.
