The staff report was noted and further explained by Administrative Services
Director Dorn. He explained the notice that was published regarding recruiting
volunteers for this task force, and that all the applicants met the intent of the
notice.
The Mayor noted appointment ofthe Redevelopment Agency Task Force.
Present: Councilmembers: Peter D. Arellano, Robert T. Dillon, Craig
Gartman, Charles S. Morales (arrived at 6:35 p.m.), Al Pinheiro, Roland Velasco,
and Thomas W. Springer - 6:32 p.m.
The City Clerk noted that the agenda had been posted on April 24, 2002
at 8:25 a.m.
The Mayor called the Council to order at 6:32 p.m.

Motion was made by Councilman Velasco, seconded by Councilman Dillon
and carried to approve the following members to the Redevelopment Agency Task
Force: Steve Ashford, Joan Buchanan, Leslie E. Carmichael, Catherine Caserza-
Light, Ron Erskine, Joe Giacalone, Mary E. lserman, Rick Mello, Chris Ordaz,
David Peoples, James Suner.
At 6:49 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting to the Regular Meeting.
