Present: Councilmembers: Robert T. Dillon, Craig Gartman, Roland Velasco,
and Thomas W. Springer; Absent: Councilmembers Peter D. Arellano, Charles S.
Morales (excused), and Al Pinheiro (excused) - 6:01 p.m.
The City Clerk noted that the agenda had been posted on June 9, 2003
at 1:52 p.m.
The Mayor called the Special Meeting to order.

Water Rates
The Mayor stated it was the time and place scheduled for a Public Hearing to
consider revision and adjustment of rates and charges for municipal
water service.
The staff report was noted and further explained by the City Administrator.
The Mayor opened the Public Hearing. There being no comment, the Mayor
closed the Public Hearing.
Res. 2003-44 Motion was made by Councilman Dillon, seconded by Councilman Gartman
and carried (Councilmembers Arellano, Morales, and Pinheiro absent) to adopt
Resolution No. 2003-44 establishing rates for water service.

ESTABLISHING RATES FOR WATER SERVICE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of June, 2003, by the following vote;
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: DILLON, GARTMAN, VELASCO, and
SPRINGER
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: ARELLANO, MORALES, and PINHEIRO
