At 6:01 p.m., the Mayor adjourned the meeting to a closed session.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation. One potential case.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b).
At 6: lOp. m., the Mayor reconvened the meeting and reported that no action
had been taken in the Closed Session:
At 6: 11 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting to the Joint CouncillPlanning
Commission Study Session for a discussion on the Hecker Pass Specific Plan.
