CLOSED SESSION - CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6

Employee Organization: IAFF, Local 2805 (Fire Employees)
and
Agency Negotiators: LeeAnn McPhillips, Charles Sakai, Scot Smithee, and Carla Ruigh
Employee Organization: AFSCME, Local 101
Adjourn to Open Session
The Mayor noted that for the negotiations with AFSCME, Local 101, the Council
unanimously agreed to direct staff to maintain the current management proposal and to
request a facilitator from the Department of Industrial Relations to assist in negotiating a
settlement of the MOU, and for the negotiations with IAFF, Local 2805 (Fire Employees)
that there was no reportable action taken in the closed session.
