Mayor Pinheiro called the Special Closed Session Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) Potential Litigation

Closed Session Announcement
Mayor Pinheiro announced that the Council had given direction to the Finance Director
to file a claim against the County and the defendant(s) and other particulars shall, once
the claim has been filed, be disclosed to any person upon inquiry. The vote was: AYES:
BRACCO, DILLON, GARTMAN, TUCKER, WOODWARD and PINHEIRO, NOES:
NONE, ABSENT: ARELLANO.
