Arellano to attend the meeting.

present.
ADJOURN to Open Session. Public Report of any action taken in Closed Session and
vote or abstention of each Councilmember if required by Government Code Section
54957.1.and Gilroy Code Section 17 A.13 (a), Public Report of the vote to continue in

Closed Session Announcement:
The Gilroy City Council came out of closed session with the announcement that the
proposals of both the Gilroy Management Association (GMA) and AFSCME, Local 101
were accepted subject to ratification by their membership.
