Call to Order and Roll Call Mayor Pinheiro called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Present: Council Member Peter Arellano, M.D.; Mayor Pro Tempore Dion Bracco; Council Member Craig Gartman; Council Member Cat Tucker; Council Member Bob Dillon; Council Member Perry Woodward; Mayor AI Pinheiro The Council conducted interviews for the open seats. III. Selection and Appointment of Members to City Boards, Commissions and Committees with Terms Expiring December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2013 9142 The Council appointed the following people to boards, commissions and committees: Arts & Culture Commission - L. Mattock Scariot, Carol F. Harris Bicycle Pedestrian Commission - Walter B. Schinke Historic Heritage Committee - Katherine M. McBride Housing Advisory Committee - Jan Chargin Library Commission - Tom Engebretson Parks & Recreation Commission - Rebecca Scheel Personnel Commission - Salvatore Bozzo, Emmanuel Ezeokeke Physically Challenged Board of Appeals - Sue Rodriguez Planning Commission - Joan Spencer, Kai Lai Public Art Committee - Trudie Conrotto, Heidi Carver Collier, Lisa Faria IV. Approval of Bid with Golden Gate Petroleum for Reverse Auction Fuel Bid No. 1044, a Cooperative Local Agency Fuel Bid with Santa Clara County as Lead Agency The staff report was presented by City Administrator Haglund. There were no public comments. Motion on Item IV.
