A. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Pinheiro called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

II. Interviews for Boards, Commissions and Committees
The Council interviewed applicants for the following commissions, committees and
boards.
· Arts & Culture Commission - 2 seats (4 year term)
· Bicycle Pedestrian Commission - 1 seat (4 year term)
· Building Board of Appeals - 2 seats (4 year term)
· Historic Heritage Committee- 1 seat (2 year term)
· Housing Advisory Committee- 4 seats (2 year term)
· Library Commission - 1 seat (4 year term)
· Parks & Recreation Commission - 2 seats (4 year term)
· Physically Challenged Board of Appeals - 1 seat (4 year term)
· Personnel Commission - 2 seats (4 year term)
· Planning Commission - 2 seats (4 year term)
· Public Art Committee - 1 seat (4 year term)
Council Member Peter Arellano, M.D. joined the meeting at 6:12 p.m.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The Council adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
