I. Opening
Mayor Pinheiro called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: Council Member Peter Arellano, M.D.; Council Member Dion Bracco;
Council Member Bob Dillon; Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz; Mayor Pro
Tempore Cat Tucker; Council Member Perry Woodward; Mayor AI Pinheiro
II. New Business
A. Letter of Opposition to Caltrain Service Cuts
Mayor Pinheiro explained that he had agendize the item because he wished to have the
City Council send a letter to Caltrain in opposition of the service cuts to Gilroy.
There were no public comments.
Council Member Woodward explained that there was a perception that the service down
to the City of Gilroy was unnecessary.
Motion on Item II.A.
Motion: to send a Letter of Opposition of Caltrain Service Cuts
Moved by Council Member Bob Dillon, seconded by Mayor Pro Tempore Cat
Tucker
Vote: Motion carried 7-0.
