Chuck Chang addressed the Council requestinq sewer alloca- tion for a previously processed application, Architectural & Site approval expired, further explained bv Plannin~ Director Dorn. Discussion was had by Council on the matter. It was requested that Mr. Chang reapply for Architectural & Site apnroval in order that he be prepared in the event there is unused sewer allocation avaiable on March 1, 1985; if available, Council would consider the matter at that time. A request from the Gilroy Building Department Anpeals Board for establishment of membership terms. was noted. City Administrator Baksa explained a problem regarding the development of the Ghirlanda Property noting the service road to the back lots reduces the lot requirements for construction of duplexes upon each lot. ..... - Mr. David V. The South County Joint Planning Advisory Committee Meeting scheduled for February 21, 1985, at 1',00 p.m. at the Lions' Club House in San Martin was noted.
