OSD-475 - Las Aninas Park (Northside) OS-CA-09-39-1082 - Christmas Hill Park OS-CA-09-039-1133 - Christmas Hill Park; Las Aninas Park (Northside) The enclosed form "Use of Open Space Certificate," is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to insure continuing dedication of land and related facilities for the intended uses and to provide a way of measuring the effectiveness of Grants made under the Open Space Land Program, Title VII of the Housing Act of 1961, as amended. The contract for grant should be reviewed to insure that the terms and conditions have and are being met before completion and execution of the Certificate by the Chief Executive Officer. The Certification should be returned to this office within lQ days. The contract requires advance approval of the Department for any changes in use of the land or facilities provided with Grant funds. Non-compliance with intended uses and proposed action to meet statutory and contractual requirements should be reported within the same lQ ~ period.
