RE: Federal Environmental Studies and Archaeological Report on 21 Proposed
Grant Projects
Dear Dave:
At your request we are preparing this Letter of Authorization and pro-
posal to prepare the Environmental Studies on the proposed City Hall and at
the same time complete the necessary archaeological studies to facilitate
the completion of the remaining 20 proposed grant projects. We feel that
the entire package can be completed at a cost not to exceed $700.00. The
work would be performed on a time and materials basis. Authorization to
proceed can be initiated by signing and dating the original of this letter
and returning it to our office.
We are including a typed list of the possible grant projects so that
you might assign a priority to these for the preparation of the Federal
Environmental Studies. If you would simply number them consecutively and
return a xerox copy to us, it would be appreciated. We look forward to
working with you on the City Hall project and to making the proposals for
the completion of the Initial Studies on the remaining projects.
