I, Larry James, Chief Building Official of the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, hereby certify that I have examined official
City records and have determined that the building(s) located on
the property described below is/are within the scope of Ordinance
No. 89-20 - Seismic Hazard Identification Program for Unreinforced
Masonry Buildings, and is/are potentially hazardous. The owner(s)
has/have been notified by mail to have the building(s) structurally
analyzed and to submit an engineering report to the City within the
timeframe specified in the Ordinance. Additional information may
be obtained by contacting the Building Division.

All of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 in block 2 North, range 1 east, as shown upon Map No.6 accompanying the report of the referees in
the partition suit for Henry Miller, et al. vs. Massey Thomas, et ai, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of Santa Clara, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Monterey Street, where said east line of Monterey Street intersects the south line of Lewis
Street and being the southeast corner of Monterey and Lewis Street; and running thence southerly along the said east line of
Monterey Street 130.39 feet; thence at right angles easterly 193 feet to west line of an alley; thence northerly along said west line
of said alley 130.44 feet to the southerly line of Lewis Street; thence west along said southerly line of Lewis Street 193 feet to the
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the following described property in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Monterey Street, distant thereon 130.39 feet southerly from the point of intersection of
the easterly line of Monterey Street with the Southerly line of Lewis Street, as shown upon the map hereinafter referred to; thence
running easterly at right angles to Monterey Street and parallel with southerly line of Lewis Street, 193 feet to a point on the westerly
line of said alley; thence running northerly and along the westerly line of said alley, 75.89 feet; thence running westerly 193 feet to
a point on the easterly line of Monterey Street, distant thereon 75.92 feet northerly from the point of beginning of this description;
thence running southerly and along the easterly line of Monterey Street, 75.92 feet to the point of beginning and being a portion of
Lot 2 in Block 2 north, range 1 east in the City of Gilroy, as shown upon Map No.5 accompanying the report of the referees in the
Las Animas partition acting No. 5536, in the Superior Court of the State of California and for the County of Santa Clara, surveyed
