I, Larry James, Chief Building Official of the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, hereby certify that I have examined official
City records and have determined that the building(s) located on
the property described below is/are within the scope of Ordinance
No. 89-20 - Seismic Hazard Identification Program for Unreinforced
Masonry Buildings, and is/are potentially hazardous. The owner(s)
has/have been notified by mail to have the building(s) structurally
analyzed and to submit an engineering report to the City within the
timeframe specified in the Ordinance. Additional information may
be obtained by contacting the Building Division.

page 93; thence in a Westerly direction and parallel with Fifth Street in said City of Gilroy, a distance of 3 feet; thence at right angles
Southerly a distance of 107.68 feet; thence at right angles Easterly a distance of 3 feet; thence at right angles Northerly 107.68 feet
to the point of beginning.
