There are:
1. The street sign has been moved to a nearby City of Gilroy light pole.
2. The City of Gilroy water meter has been moved to a location just inside
the curb as per your request.
We furthermore agree to the following conditions.
We will:
1. Relocate tile brickwall onto olJr property should the City of Gi lroy
receive a legitimate complaint from another citizen.
2. Remove and relocate the brick wall at our expense should the City of
Gilroy ever necessitate it to be worked on for construction purposes or
utility relocations.
