NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF GILROY, a
Municipal Corporation in the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, as owners of the Rights of Way and Easements,
hereinafter described, has caused an improva~ent consisting
of a sanitary sewer line to be laid, installed, and constructed
upon and through the property hereinafter described; that the
work upon said improvement was actually completed on the 30th
day of September, 1961; that the name of the contractor for
said owner is BlLARDI CONSTRUCTION, INC., 677 McKendrie Street,
San Jose, California; that the nature of the title of the said
owners to said property is that of owner of an easement or right
of way and the names and addresses of all the owners of the
property through which the said right of way easements are
located are as follows:
