NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, WILLIAM K. HENRY, JR., City Engineer \ 1-

January, 1969 did file with the City Clerk of said City my Certificate of
Completion of the fol lowing described work, the contract for doing which
was heretofore awarded to Chappell Pump Company, and entered into on June
18, 1968, in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work
filed with the City Clerk and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 16th
day of December, 1968, and that acceptance of completion of said work was
ordered by resolution of the City Council of said City, adopted on the 20th
day of January, 1969, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's
bond for labor and materials on said project is United Pacific Insurance
Company of Tacoma, Washington.
That said work and improvements consisted of the furnishing of all
labor, materials, methods or processes, implements, tools, machinery and
equipment and transportation and the performance of all work in accordance
with the specifications for the pressurization of five (S)'l.lexisting City
water wells, including three (3) pressure tanks, five (5) new motors and
pumps, starting equipment and appurtenances, all as more particularly des-
cribed in the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council
of said City on March 18, 1968.
