NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, as of the 7th day of May ,2007, the City of Gilroy, California ("City") has
accepted as completed the work required to be performed under the following agreement ("Agreement") by and
between George Bianchi Construction, Inc.("Developer") and City:

seal and restriping of Farrel Avenue between Wren Avenue and Church Street.
