NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, as of the ~ day of August , 2007, the City of Gilroy, California ("City")
has accepted as completed the work required to be performed under the following agreement ("Agreement") by and
between Granite Construction, ("Developer") and City:

are included on the east side of the roadway. The proiect also includes a landscaped median, new sound walls with
landscaping and signal modification.
