NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, DAVID W. HANSEN, Director of Public
Works of the City of Gilroy, Ca1 ifornia, on the 4th day of September,
1973, did file with the City Clerk of said City, my Certificate of
Completion of the following described work, the contract for doing which
was heretofore awarded to Huttig and Schromn, Inc., and entered into on
January 10, 1973, in accordance with the plans and specifications for said
work filed with the City Clerk and approved by the City Council of said
City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 4th
gay of September, 1973, and that acceptance of completion of said work was
ordered 'by motion of the City Council of said City adopted on the 4th day
of September, 1973, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond
for labor and material on said project is SAFECO Insurance Company of
America.
That said work and improvements consisted of furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and all utility and transportation services, required
to complete all of the work of construction and installation of park
improvements including grading, paving, concrete work, masonry, building
construction, painting, plumbing, electrical, steel and roofing, where
required, and are more particularly described in the specifications attached
to the contract entered into by Huttig and Schromn Inc., and the City of
Gilroy on January 10, 1973. A copy of this contract with the specifications
attached is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy, at 7390 Rosanna
Street, Gilroy, California.
