NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, as of the 16th day of July , 2007, the City of Gilroy, California ("City")
has accepted as completed the work required to be performed under the following agreement ("Agreement") by and
between S.J. Amoroso Construction Co., Inc. ("Developer") and City:
