A portion of that certain 65.02 acre parcel of land as described in the
decree establishing the fact of death of John Victorino filed for record
in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, California on
November 19, 1959 in Book 4811 of Official Records at page 650 therein
and as shown on a map of that certain Record of Survey entitled II In Lot
4 of the Map of the Subdivision of the Elizabeth H. Martin Tract, being
part of the John Gilroy portion of the Rancho San Ysidro and showing also
part of the Las Animas Rancho, belonging to Mrs. Elizabeth H. Martin,
near Gilroy, Santa Clara County, State of California said map filed in
Book "p" of Maps, page 31", filed for record in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, 'California in Book 483 of Maps
at page 16 therein and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point marking the southwesterly corner 'of said 65.02 acre
parcel of land on the northerly line of Gilman Road (60 feet wide) as
shown on said map: thence along said northerly line of Gilman Road N 570
55' E,'o20.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence along said
northerly line N 570 55' E, 100.00 feet: thence leaving said northerly
line at right angles N 320 05' W, 100.00 feet: and S 320 05' E, 100.00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.30 acres of land
more or less.
