shown on Map No. 5 accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in
the Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit. Action No. 5536 had in the
Superior Court of the STate of California. in and for the County of
Santa Clara, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly line of Rosanna Street
distant thereon N.20000.W. 250.70 feet from the intnersection
thereof with the northwes terly line of Ninth Street, being the
southwesterly common corner to Lots 6 and 7, as shown on said map,
and running thence along the northeasterly line of Rosanna Street
N.20000.W. 52.46 feet; thence leaving said line N.69050~08"E. 150.60
feet to a point in the northeasterly line of that certain parcel of
