herewith, copies of which are attached hereto, does not create a
separate parcel but only adjust(s) the lot line between Lot 1 as
shown on Parcel Map filed for record in Book 517 of Maps at Page 26,
Records of Santa Clara County, and the lands of Refugio Sistos
Salgado, et ux, as described in deed recorded in 4595 at page 162,
Official Records of Santa Clara County, California. The new parcel
