NOTICE is hereby given that the parcels described below result from the
lot line change between two (2) parcels owned by Ernest S. Filice, Ann R. Filice,
Val A. Filice, Elsie Pilice, and Coast Range Development, a General Partnership.
The line being changed and the new lot areas are shown on Exhibit A, attached. The
parcel configurations are in compliance with Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government
Code, State of California, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local ordinances
enacted pursuant thereto.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Further, that as a result of this Ceritificate of Compliance, the sale,
lease, or financing of these parcels of land shall not constitute a violation of
the Subdivision Map Act or local ordinance.
The descriptions of the new parcels created by the lot line change are
as follows:
All of Lot 8 and 58 shown on a map of Tract Number 6251 in the City
of Gilroy recorded in Book 424 of Maps, pages ~5 and 36, Santa Clara County, Cali-
fornia records, more particularly describe1 as follows:
Lot 8
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 8 being the common point of Lots
8,9,22,23, and 57 as shown o~ saie map; thence S 440 33'44" E, 159.72 feet to the
right of way of Antonio Court being a 48.00 foot radius curve, thence from a tangent
that bears S 64030'26" W, along a curve to the left, through'a central angle of 470
44'47" an arc length of 40.00 feet; thence leaving the right of way of Antonio Court,
N 730 14'21" W, 126.03 feet; thence N 190 04'03" W, 20.80 feet; thence N 130 38'42"
E, 42.79 feet and N 33048'43" E, 55.00 feet to the true point of beginning and con-
taining 11,155 square feet more of less.
Lot 58
Beginning at a point on the right of way of Royal Way on the common line between
Lots 57 and 58 as shown on said map; thence along said common line, S 470 08' 26" E.
111.65 feet; thence leaving said common line S 330 48'43" W, 34.32 feet and S 130 38'
42" W, 42. 79 feet; thence along the line common with Lands of A. Fi lice and Lot 8 as
shown on said map, N 190 04'03" W, 18.50 feet; thence N 780 30'44" W, 65.17 feet;
thence along the COIIIDon line of lots 58 and 59 as shown on said map, N 110 01'22" W,
101.46 feet to said right of way of Royal Way, a 50.00 foot radius curve; thence from
a tangent bearing of N 90000' E, along the arc of a SO foot radius curve to the left,
through a central angle of 470 08' 26", and arc length of 41.14 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 9376 square feet, more or less.
