Notice is herby given that the deed recorded concurrently herewith, copies
of which are attached hereto, do not create separate,parcels but only adjust
the Lot Line between Lots 16 and A as shown on the map of Tract No. 7350,
"Unite No.1, Rancho Real", which map is filed for record in Book 578 of
Maps at pages 21 and 22, Records of Santa Clara County, California.
The change in the Lot Line is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
the new Lot configuration is shown on sketch marked Exhibit "B" attached
hereto. The new parcel configurations resulting from this adjustment comply
with the provisions of Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the
State of California, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local
ordinances enacted pursuant thereto.
Further, that as a result of this Certificate of Compliance, the sale,
lease, or financing of any parcel affected by the tot Line Adjustment shall
not constitute a violation of the Subdivision Map Act or local ordinance.
