Being a portion of "P ARCEL 1" as shown on that certain PARCEL MAP filed in the OFFICE OF THE
RECORDER of the County Of Santa Clara on October 30,1979 in BOOK 452 OF MAPS AT PAGE 34,
and portion of LOT "A" as shown on that certain PARCEL MAP filed for record in the OFFICE OF THE
RECORDER On September 3,1980 in BOOK 470 OF MAPS AT PAGE 13, said portions located in the
CITY OF GILROY, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, and more particularly

BEGINNIN G at the southernmost comer of said PARCEL "c" as shown on said PARCEL MAP
