These exhibits describe parcels of land contained within these private streets and thereby shall facilitate the transfer of said private streets to future Homeowner's Associations. Further, that as a result of this Certificate of Compliance any transfer of ownership of these parcels shall not constitute a violation of Division 2 of title 7 of the Government Code, State of California, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, or of local ordinances enacted thereto.
