Notice is hereby given that the legal description shown in Exhibit 'A' and Exhibit 'B' attached
hereto describes certain portions of Eden Street and Arbor Street shown upon the Map of Tract
8691 "Park Commons- Phase 3" which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder, County of
Santa Clara, State of California on April 27,1995 in Book 665 of Maps at pages 1, 2 and 3and as
amended by Certificate of Correction recorded october 13, 1995 in Book P 042 at page 2062 of
Official Records. These exhibits describe parcels of land contained within these private streets
and thereby shall facilitate the transfer of said private streets to future Homeowner's
Associations.
Further, that as a result of this Certificate of Compliance any transfer of ownership of these
parcels shall not constitute a violation of Division 2 of title 7 of the Government Code, State of
California, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, or of local ordinances enacted thereto.
The legal description of the above referenced parcels are as follows:

OWNER'S CERTIFICATE:
We hereby certify that we are the owners of or have some right, title or interest in and to the real

consent to the preparation and recording of this Certificate of Compliance.
