PARTIAL RELEASE OF AGREEMENT
The undersigned, executed an Agreement recorded on April 7, 2003, as Instrument No. 16940524 of Official
Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara, California, having been requested in writing, to
partially release the Agreement as to a portion of the estate under the Agreement. The undersigned hereby
releases the Agreement as it pertains to the property described as follows:
PARCEL 14, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED "TRACT 9467 SOBRATO TRANSITION CENTER",
RECORDED APRIL 17, 2003 IN BOOK 759 OF MAPS, AT PAGES 47 THROUGH 50, OFFICIAL RECORDS, SANTA
CLARA COUNTY.
