A strip of land 30 feet wide the westerly line of which is
the centerline of Mesa Road, and being further described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Mesa Road
distant N 27 16' 50" W, 616.00 feet from the point of
intersection of the said centerline of Mesa Road with the
centerline of Nicole Way as said centerlines are shown on
that certain parcel map recorded in Book 666 of Maps, page
27, Santa Clara County records;
thence along said centerline, N 27 16 50" W, 472.23 feet
to a 230 foot radius curve to the left; thence along the
arc of said curve, through a central angle of 09 07' 26",
an arc length of 36.63 feet; thence N 36 24' 16" W,
274.00 feet to the terminus of said strip.
TOGETHER WITH a ten foot wide Public Utility Easement the
westerly line of which is the above described easterly
right of way of Mesa Road.
