BEGINNING at the most easterly corner vf that certain
parcel of land described as Parcel One in the Deed to
Frank M. Amador recorded August 27, 1920 in BOJk 518
of Deeds at page 445, Records of Santa Clara County,
said easterly corner being in the southwesterly line
of Monterey Street, and running thence along the
southeasterly line of said Parcel One S.70000"-1.
