"BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of that certain
0.414 acre tract of land described in the Deed from John
Bracco to the State of California, recorded September 27,

Clara County Records, in the southerly line of Luchessa
Avenue, also known as Dairy Lane, and running thence along
the southerly line of Luchessa Avenue S.88040JE. 361.75 feet
to the intersection thereof with the southwesterly line of
the lands of the Southern Pacific Company (Ranch Lot No. 68);
thence along the southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific
Company S.29052JE. 21.59 feet to the southeasterly corner of
Ranch Lot 48, being also the northeasterly corner of Lot 7
as shown on said Reeves Subdivision Map; thence continuing
along the southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Company
S.3001]143I1E. 17.09 feet; thence parallel with the southerly
line of Luchessa Avenue N.88040IW. 405.32 feet; thence along
a curve to the left with a radius of 35.21 feet, through a
central angle of 1090201, for a distance of 67.19 feet to a
point in the easterly line of the State Highway, being also
the easterly line of said 0.414 acre parcel conveyed to the
State of California above referred to; thence northerly along
the easterly line of the said State Highway and 0.414 acre
