QUITCLAIM DEED
SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation, does hereby
quitclaim to the CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation, all that interest in
real property in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
represented by those certain Rights of Entry recorded November 14, 1972 in
Book 0112 at pages 244, 248 and 252, Santa Clara County Records, and
affecting the lands shown on "Exhibit A" so marked, hereunto attached and
made a part hereof.
Excepting therefrom that certain property described in the Deed recorded
December 9, 1968 in Book 8361 at page 401, Santa Clara County Records.

AUTHORIZING QUITCLI\IM OF INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara Valley Water
District as follows:
1. THAT the interest in real property of this District described in the
Quitclaim Deed hereunto attached is not required for the uses and purposes of
the District;
. 2. THAT the Chairman of this Board be and he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver said deed in form as hereunto attached to the City of
Gilroy.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GilROY
BY SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT - PROJECT 5010-18
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Santa Clara Valley Water District
of the premises
described in the attached conveyance dated the 18th day of
March
, 1922-, and that the said City of Gilroy
consents to the recordation of said conveyance.
