PROPERTY DESCRIPTION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY,
PUBLIC UTILITY, & EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT
All that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California and being a portion of Lot 13 as shown on that certain Tract Map No. 9034,
entitled "Rancho Meadows", filed for record on July 2, 1999 in Book 717 of Maps, at
pages 36 and 37, at the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, and being more
particularly described as follows:
The northerly 42.00 feet of said Lot 13, excepting therefrom the Public Street
Dedication granted to the City of Gilroy described in that certain Dedication filed for
record on July 3, 2003 in Document Number 17158149 at said County Recorder's Office,
and containing an area of 20, I 78 square feet, more or less.
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
