DEDICATION FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real property here-
inafter described, hereby dedicate to public use a right of way for
emergency access purposes, said right of way is offered for dedication
with the understanding that said right of way useage is limited to the
use of emergency vehicles and for emergency ingress and egress to the
property lying immediately westerly of the property of the grantors.
The undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City
of Gilroy for the use of the public a right of way emergency access
over, on and across the real property hereinafter described, said
dedication to be accepted only when the City Council of the City of
Gilroy adopts and records in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara a resolution accepting said right of way. Upon recording
of said right of way the City of Gilroy shall be responsible for the
maintenance of said right of way and insuring a suitable barricade being
placed at the westerly terminus of said right of way.
If any change in change in alignment, length or width of right of way
approved by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real
property dedicated herein, such vacation shall terminate the dedication
as to the part vacated.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit and be binding upon
the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives of the respect-
ive parties hereto.

BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Parcel "All as shown on
Record of Survey Map filed for record in Book 203 of Maps at page 43,
Records of Santa Clara County, California, distant thereon N.89050'~.
25.00 feet from the southwesterly corner thereof, as shown on said Map,
and running thence parallel with the westerly line of Parcel IlAIl N.OoIO'
221lW. 184~74 feet; thence S.89049'38IlW. 25.00 feet to a point in the west-
erly boundary of Parcel IlAIl distant thereon N.OoIO'22IlW. 184.74 feet from
the southwesterly corner thereof; thence along said westerly line N.OoIO'
22"W. 24.00 feet; thence leaving said line N.89049'38IlE. 50.00 feet;
thence S.OolO'22"E. 208.75 feet to a point in the southerly line of said
Parcel "A"; thence along said southerly line s.89050'W. 25.00 feet to the
