BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Hecker Pass Road
(shown as Bodfish Mill Road on said Map) distant thereon easterly
266.12 feet from the intersection thereof with the centerline of
Wren Avenue (shown as Avenue H on said Map), being also the
southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
City of Gilroy by Deed from Margiorino Chiesa and Dorothy Chiesa,
his wife, by deed recorded September 24, 1973 in Volume 0575 at
page 516, Official Records of Santa Clara County; thence easterly
along the northerly line of Hecker Pass Highway 632.03 feet, more
or less, to the intersection thereof with the westerly line of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Gilroy by Deed from
Margiorino Chiesa and Dorothy Chiesa, his wife, recorded February 26,
1965 in Volume 6863 at page 388, Official Records of Santa Clara
County; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Parcel

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Marqiorino Chiesa
of the prem i ses
described in the attached conveyance dated the 17th day of

consents to the recordation of said conveyance.
